Getting started

Create your account and first business

Choose “Create your business”, enter your name, email and a password, and accept the terms. We send a verification link to your email address.

After signing in you can upload a file to start, or create a business by entering its name and choosing your industry. You can change the industry and switch modules on or off later.

Choosing an industry and modules

Your industry decides sensible defaults: what your items are called (dishes, products, properties, services), which filters customers see and which action button appears — for example Order, Book, Enquire or Request quote.

If your business does more than one thing, add secondary industries or switch on extra modules. A hotel can add a restaurant menu; a salon can add a product catalogue — all on one business.

AI import

What files can I upload?

You can upload PDFs, photos (JPG, PNG, WebP) and spreadsheets (CSV, XLSX), up to 10 files per import and 10 MB per file. You can also describe your business in plain text.

Clear, straight photos and text-based PDFs give the best results. If your price list is in a spreadsheet, keep one product per row with separate columns for name, price and category.

Reviewing an import before publishing

After extraction you see a summary of what was found — categories, items, prices and business details — along with a list of issues such as missing prices, possible duplicates or values the system was not confident about.

Accept, edit or ignore each issue. Nothing is published until you choose to publish. AI never invents prices, opening hours, addresses, ratings or credentials.

Updating content with a new file (re-import)

When your menu or price list changes, upload the new version as a re-import. BizLink compares it with your current content and shows what will be added, changed or removed.

Removals always need your explicit confirmation, so a partial file never silently deletes items.

Your page

Changing your theme and colours

Pick one of five themes — Minimal, Editorial, Bold, Warm or Professional — from the Design section. You can adjust the accent colour; colour combinations are checked for readable contrast before they are saved.

Adding, hiding and reordering sections

Your page is built from sections such as hero, categories, featured items, gallery, hours, location, FAQ and contact. You can reorder them, hide them or adjust their settings. Sections only appear when they have content to show.

Publishing and unpublishing

Edits are saved as a draft. Your live page only changes when you publish, so you can work on updates without customers seeing half-finished content. You can preview the draft at any time and unpublish your page if you need to take it offline.

Sharing & QR

Creating and printing QR codes

Create QR codes for your whole page, a section or a single item. Download SVG for printing at any size, or PNG for quick use. Keep a white border (quiet zone) around the code when printing.

Each code has a stable short link, so you can change where it points without reprinting. Scans are counted per code.

Orders, bookings & enquiries

Setting up WhatsApp orders

Add your WhatsApp number with country code in settings. Customers who build an order on your page are taken to WhatsApp with a prefilled summary and reference ID. They review the message and tap send.

Managing enquiries, bookings and order requests

Requests submitted from your page appear in your inbox with the item or property they relate to. Update their status as you follow up. Booking requests are not confirmed until you confirm them.

Plans & billing

Choosing and changing plans

You can start on the Free plan and upgrade from the Billing section. Prices are in Indian Rupees and billed monthly. Limits such as items, AI imports, team seats and analytics history depend on your plan.

Cancelling a paid plan

Cancel from the Billing section. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Account & security

Inviting your team

Invite people by email and choose a role — Admin, Editor or Analyst. Each role can only do what it needs to. You can revoke access at any time. A business always keeps at least one owner.

Resetting your password

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. We email you a single-use link that expires after a short time. For security, the response looks the same whether or not an account exists for that email.

Still need help?

Signed-in owners can raise a support request from Help inside the app — it includes your business details so we can respond faster. For Enterprise plans or custom limits, create a free account and send us a request from the app.
