BizLink is for genuine businesses presenting truthful information. This policy describes what is not allowed.

1. Prohibited content
- Illegal goods or services, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
- Impersonation of another person, brand or business, or pages for businesses you are not authorised to represent.
- Fake reviews, testimonials, ratings, awards or customer counts.
- Misleading prices, availability or property legal status.
- Medical diagnoses, prescriptions or guaranteed treatment outcomes.
- Hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent content.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
2. Prohibited activity
- Uploading malware or attempting to compromise the service or other accounts.
- Scraping private platforms or uploading data you are not permitted to use.
- Spam, phishing, or collecting credentials or payment details under false pretences.
- Circumventing plan limits, rate limits or security controls.
- Reselling access to the service without permission.
3. Reporting abuse
Anyone can report a business page that may break this policy by contacting us at [abuse contact email] with the page link. We review reports and may remove content, unpublish pages or suspend accounts.
4. Enforcement
We decide on proportionate action, which may include warnings, content removal, unpublishing, suspension or termination. [Appeals process to be defined.]
