Common questions

Which file types are supported?

PDF documents, photos in JPG, PNG or WebP, and spreadsheets in CSV or XLSX. You can also paste a written description. Each import accepts up to 10 files of up to 10 MB each.

Does the AI make up prices or descriptions?

No. Prices, hours, addresses, credentials, stock and similar facts are only taken from what you upload. Missing values are flagged as issues for you to fill in. Any wording the AI suggests is shown as a draft for you to approve.

What happens if my photo is blurry or the PDF is a scan?

BizLink extracts what it can read and lists anything uncertain as an issue to review. You can correct values, ignore them, or re-upload a clearer file.

Can I update my page by uploading a new price list later?

Yes. A re-import compares the new file with your current content and shows what will be added, changed or removed. You confirm the changes before anything is applied.

How many imports can I run?

Each plan includes a monthly number of AI imports. The pricing page lists the current allowance per plan.
